Morrison has more than 1,600 registered dietitians and 1,200 executive chefs, and serves more than 600M meals annually.Job SummaryThe Director of Dining Services leads all daily operations for a high‑volume, multi‑unit dining program operating 24/7 in an acute care setting in North Phoenix, AZ. This role oversees a large team across multiple outlets—including four campus coffee shops and café spaces—ensuring consistently exceptional food quality and service standards.
Requirements
- Multi‑unit restaurant leadership
- Deep experience in front‑of‑house operations
- Three to five years of foodservice operation management experience
- High volume production and catering experience is essential
- Previous experience managing a budget
- Desire to learn and grow with a top notch foodservice company
Nice To Haves
- BS, Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred
Responsibilities
- Maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests and client as well as other departments
- Drive front-of-house excellence
- Provide service-focused culture across all units
- Work with the Chef and management team in creating menus and providing top quality food
- Oversee all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account
- Roll out new culinary programs
- Assist SR Director of Dining Services to maintain cohesiveness
