Morrison has more than 1,600 registered dietitians and 1,200 executive chefs, and serves more than 600M meals annually.Job SummaryThe Director of Dining Services leads all daily operations for a high‑volume, multi‑unit dining program operating 24/7 in an acute care setting in North Phoenix, AZ. This role oversees a large team across multiple outlets—including four campus coffee shops and café spaces—ensuring consistently exceptional food quality and service standards.

Requirements

  • Multi‑unit restaurant leadership
  • Deep experience in front‑of‑house operations
  • Three to five years of foodservice operation management experience
  • High volume production and catering experience is essential
  • Previous experience managing a budget
  • Desire to learn and grow with a top notch foodservice company

Nice To Haves

  • BS, Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests and client as well as other departments
  • Drive front-of-house excellence
  • Provide service-focused culture across all units
  • Work with the Chef and management team in creating menus and providing top quality food
  • Oversee all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account
  • Roll out new culinary programs
  • Assist SR Director of Dining Services to maintain cohesiveness
