About The Position

Join FLIK as a Director of Dining Services in Durham, NC. We are seeking an accomplished Director of Dining Services to lead operations for a high-volume, high-demand corporate dining account in Durham, NC. This role oversees a dynamic program serving nearly 3,000 meals daily across multiple outlets and catering services. The Director will manage a large, fast-paced team while ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of foodservice operations leadership experience, with proven success in high-volume accounts
• Strong background in multi-outlet dining, catering, and production at scale
• Demonstrated expertise in financial management and client relations
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive under pressure
• Passion for professional growth within a leading foodservice organization

Nice To Haves

• BS, Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests, and clients as well as other departments
• Work with the Chef and management team in creating menus and providing top-quality food
• Oversee all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account
• Roll out new culinary programs
• Oversee a corporate dining account with multiple outlets, including; full-service café, coffee shop, kiosk/mini café in a second building, plus catering services
• Operations: Monday–Friday, serving breakfast, lunch, and catering
• Approximately a $4M managed account (restaurant equivalent of ~$10M annual volume)
• Lead, coach, and develop a large team in a high-stress, fast-paced environment
