About The Position
Do you have HEART? In this role you will be responsible for promoting and creating a culture of hospitality. Reporting to the community's Executive Director, you will manage the community's first impressions and signature services, lead the development and training of staff to enhance the hospitality culture, assist in welcoming new residents and staff to the community, assist with resident programming, events, and special resident requests. To provide local leadership and strategic direction. To oversee and control the day-to-day operation of all Dining Services operations in the community, by maintaining Senior Lifestyle Corporation standards and meeting the financial expectations of the department.
