JOB SUMMARY: The Director of Dining Services oversees operation of the Dietary Department to include staffing, food ordering, preparation, food delivery and sanitation in accordance with facility policies, physician orders, resident care plans and appropriate regulations. Responsible for directing various duties in and around the kitchen, promotes and demonstrates excellence in customer service and safety.
