  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for culinary excellence.
  • ServSafe certification or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily dining operations, ensuring high-quality food service and guest satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement menus that reflect current culinary trends and customer preferences.
  • Manage and mentor kitchen staff, promoting professional growth and teamwork.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all dining areas.
  • Monitor inventory and control food costs to maximize profitability.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest experience.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to maintain service standards and quality.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve dining services.
