About The Position

This role requires a hybrid schedule and will be based in our South Charlotte, NC Headquarters (Monday through Thursday) and work fully remotely on Fridays each week. Our Allconnect team is seeking a Director of Digital Operations to play a key role in driving business growth across multiple digital channels including SEO and Paid Media. In this role, you will lead a cross-functional team of analysts and collaborate with creative and engineering teams to develop full-funnel strategy, streamline operations, and improve digital marketing execution.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success in driving growth in various Paid Media platforms and in optimizing digital experiences.
  • A problem solver with the ability to think strategically and be execution-oriented to drive a fully-integrated digital strategy.
  • Track record of influencing cross-functional teams and driving alignment at scale.
  • Desire to work hands-on in a performance based, analytically driven, and fast-paced environment.
  • Experience querying your own data with SQL and creating compelling visualizations in BI tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to articulate and present your recommended strategy and gain buy-in across a diverse functional team

Nice To Haves

  • Python experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Operate as an owner utilizing data and a deep understanding of our industry to define strategic roadmaps driving customer acquisition and enhanced performance of our digital experiences.
  • Translate strategic high-level objectives into detailed deliverables managing projects to completion through your team of analysts and in collaboration with creative and engineering teams.
  • Drive process and product modernization enhancements leveraging automation and AI to improve efficiency, accuracy, and business outcomes.
  • Manage P&L performance driving quantifiable KPIs across organic and paid channels. Collaborate with other leaders to manage the P&L and forecast future performance.
  • Manage priorities across a cross-functional team of analysts holding a high bar for performance and fostering a culture of continuous growth and measurable impact.
  • Own key communication channels with senior leaders to cultivate trust, story-tell the performance trends, and gain buy-in on new objectives.
