About The Position
The Director of Development at the Library Foundation of Los Angeles (LFLA) is a leadership role focused on strategic fundraising initiatives to support the Los Angeles Public Library. This position involves developing and implementing comprehensive annual giving strategies, managing donor relations, and overseeing fundraising operations. The Director will work closely with the Chief Development Officer to enhance donor engagement and ensure the success of fundraising campaigns, while also supervising a team dedicated to development operations.
