About The Position
The Development Director is responsible for leading fundraising initiatives to meet the financial goals of College Settlement and its Summer Camps. This role focuses on cultivating relationships with major donors and corporate partners, overseeing donor engagement, grant acquisition, public relations, and event management. The Development Director will manage a team that includes an Events and Development Coordinator and a Grant Writer, ensuring effective execution of fundraising strategies and community outreach.
