The Red Door Project, an innovative nonprofit using the power of narrative art to bridge divides, is seeking a dynamic and passionate Director of Development to lead our fundraising strategy and execution. This is a full-time, exempt position that will oversee the development strategy, fundraising campaigns, grant opportunities, and donor relationships. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in nonprofit fundraising, a creative mindset, and a deep passion for the arts in general and our mission specifically. They will add value and gain insight from a diverse team of passionate and dedicated professionals. Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of fundraising experience in a nonprofit environment
• Proven ability to secure individual gifts, corporate sponsorships, and foundation grants
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong knowledge of the arts sector
