As part of the Development team, you will report to Director of Individual Giving. You will lead major gift fundraising efforts on the West Coast, based in our San Mateo, California office. This individual will play a critical role in expanding CMI's philanthropic reach by cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals, and will also be key in reinvigorating CMI's West Coast Advisory Council. This is an exempt, full-time, hybrid position located our San Mateo, California office. This position requires a minimum of four (4) days per week in the office, on a schedule determined by your supervisor.
