About The Position

We're building AI that transforms personal injury law-helping attorneys uncover evidence, value cases accurately, and win for their clients. As our Director of DevOps & Infrastructure, you'll lead the team responsible for ensuring Supio's platform runs fast, reliably, and securely at scale. You'll architect systems that power high-throughput AI workloads, streamline developer velocity, and guarantee uptime for mission-critical legal data systems. This is a hands-on technical leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-growing environments - balancing speed and safety, automation and innovation, scale and simplicity.

Requirements

• Experienced DevOps and infrastructure leader who has scaled systems for a high-growth SaaS or AI company.
• Deep technical expertise in cloud architecture (AWS preferred), containers, and infrastructure-as-code.
• Strong understanding of AI deployment workflows, including model training, inference pipelines, and data orchestration.
• Track record of improving uptime, latency, and developer efficiency through thoughtful systems design.
• Passionate about security, automation, and operational resilience.
• Strong communicator who collaborates effectively across engineering, security, and product teams.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with MLOps, GPU orchestration, and AI pipeline performance is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale Supio's DevOps and infrastructure engineering teams, building a culture of reliability, speed, and automation.
• Architect and manage Supio's AWS cloud infrastructure for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
• Build systems that support AI model deployment, retrieval workflows, and data-heavy applications.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines that enable rapid iteration across multiple product teams.
• Partner with Core Systems, App Experience, and AI Platform teams to ensure smooth, low-latency service delivery.
• Drive observability and reliability-establishing metrics, monitoring, and alerting frameworks to ensure 99.9%+ uptime.
• Own infrastructure security and compliance, ensuring customer data integrity and adherence to industry best practices.
• Evaluate and implement modern tools and frameworks to increase development velocity and operational excellence.
• Mentor and grow engineers into world-class DevOps professionals who think in systems, not silos.
