As a Director of Design , you’ll shape how the Leap Event Tech clients show up across digital touchpoints — from campaigns and web experiences to event-driven activations and partner platforms. You’ll blend conceptual thinking with precise design craft to create digital work that connects emotionally, performs strategically, and pushes creative boundaries. You’ll concept, design, and build experiences across channels — including web, app, and campaign environments — for both brand and partner initiatives. Your projects will range from high-velocity offer promotions to immersive storytelling experiences that push our clients business needs. You’ll use a user-first, idea-driven mindset to design digital moments that are intuitive, engaging, and unmistakably on brand. Collaboration is key — you’ll work closely with copywriters, creative leads, UX, developers, and marketing partners to bring bold ideas to life across every digital touchpoint.
