About The Position
The Director of Design Services (STUDIA) leads SAGE's design team to deliver innovative and high-quality food service designs, visualizations, and commercial kitchen support. The Director of STUDIA fosters a culture of exceptional service, collaboration, and continuous improvement. You would work from our home office in Lutherville, MD, just outside of Baltimore, managing a growing team of talented designers who creatively work in a collaborative environment. You would partner with operations leadership, overseeing proposals all over North America, ensuring that all projects are on-time and surpass our clients' expectations.
