About The Position

We’re seeking a Director of Demand Generation to design and execute integrated campaigns that drive qualified pipeline growth. This is a strategic, yet hands-on leadership role focused on creating scalable, multi-touch programs that engage complex enterprise buying groups and high-potential mid-market prospects. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, with a strong background in mid-market and enterprise audiences.
  • Proven success in driving pipeline growth through multi-touch, integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-first approach to decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to build scalable demand generation programs, not just manage existing ones.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute integrated campaigns across email, webinars, paid media, and content syndication.
  • Monitor funnel performance (MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution) and optimize campaigns for ROI.
  • Partner with sales leadership to align on lead quality, handoff processes, and revenue goals.
  • Develop targeted strategies for nurturing enterprise DMUs (decision-making units) and scaling outreach for mid-market buyers.
  • Leverage marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce) to improve campaign performance.
  • Manage budgets and allocate spend effectively across demand generation channels.
  • Deliver insights and performance reporting to senior leadership.
