About The Position

The Director of Demand Generation will lead the email operations for a B2B healthcare client, focusing on managing Marketo campaigns and optimizing lead generation efforts. This role involves collaboration with sales and marketing teams to ensure effective lead handoff and opportunity creation, while also overseeing a small team of junior employees. The position is primarily remote but requires onsite presence three days a week in North Chicago.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in demand generation or related field.
  • Expertise in Marketo with a strong understanding of HTML and email template creation.
  • B2B experience, preferably in the healthcare sector.
  • Experience managing a team of 2 or more employees.
  • Proven ability to provide creative recommendations and drive results.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all Marketo email operations.
  • Oversee and mentor 2 junior employees.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for successful lead handoff and opportunity creation.
  • Conduct A/B testing of emails and forms to optimize conversions.
  • Translate data insights for the sales team.
