About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with a preferred focus in Human Service Field, Education, or Recreational Activities is required.
• At least two years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience working with people with intellectual/developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License that meets company standards for approved driver status.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Proficiency in the English language (both written and verbal) is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, supervision, and direction to designated employees supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Create and maintain a positive, learning, supportive environment for all employees and those supported.
• Ensure day service supervisors implement and document trainings, support, and behavior programs as required by Individual Support Plans and regulatory agencies.
• Assist supervisors in ensuring employee compliance with policies and procedures through monitoring and training.
• Provide constructive feedback to employees through positive interactions, role modeling, and mentoring.
• Implement and monitor budgets at the direction of the Area Director, providing accurate fiscal information and documentation of revenue and expenses.
• Ensure timely and accurate billing submissions from each program.
• Assist Day Program Supervisors in creating active schedules that include meaningful activities, community engagement, and vocational training.
