Requirements

  • Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1 year experience leading or supervising.
  • 4 years experience with data warehousing processes, procedures, and/or programs

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership
  • Oversee the team of AI Data Analytics Specialists who are responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining AI-powered data analytics solutions.
  • Oversee the team of data analysts, and stewards as company and performance needs dictate.
  • Developing and implementing data systems such as data warehouses, data pipelines and business intelligence systems to support organizational objectives.
  • Ensuring proper data management to align with the organization's goals and objectives
  • This role is crucial for maintaining data integrity and supporting data-driven decision-making within the organization.
  • Monitor and ensure data security, privacy, and usage standards are upheld.
  • Implement data quality frameworks and oversee data cleansing, validation, and enrichment processes.
  • Establish KPIs and metrics for monitoring data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and timelines for data initiatives.
  • Collaborate with IT to ensure data infrastructure supports analytics, BI, AI, and operational needs.
  • Ensure integration and alignment between data systems and applications.
