Taking a practitioner-first approach in everything we do makes it possible for health and wellness practitioners to devote more time to their clients while they use SimplePractice to start, grow, and maintain a successful private practice. We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Director of Data Engineering to lead our data engineering team in building, scaling, and optimizing our data infrastructure and platforms. This role is critical in enabling our data-driven culture internally, as well as surfacing right data for the customer-facing analytics. You’ll lead initiatives around data architecture, pipelines, platform modernization, and governance, partnering closely with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Business teams.
