About The Position
We're looking for a Director, Data Engineering and Platforms to advance our data engineering capabilities, establish our data engineering center of excellence, and foster a culture of learning and innovation that will generate high-quality engineering solutions. You'll leverage your leadership skills and technical experiences to shape our engineering COE, drive adoption of engineering best practices and standards, support execution of critical data-related initiatives, and solve complex business problems. In this role, you will provide mentorship and guidance to our engineering team to develop the skills our data engineers and maximize the value of our data solutions for our internal customers.
