• Ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects and drive organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic cross-Intuit partnerships to design and implement high-quality product analytics.
• Collaborate with a matrix team to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Customer Success products and services.
• Develop and grow a team of technical data analysts, business data analysts, and data scientists.
• Represent the data and analytics function on cross-functional engineering and business leadership teams.
• Drive data maturity for day-to-day operations including scheduling, demand forecasting, and capacity planning.
• Engage in big data exploration, including hypothesis formulation, algorithm development, and insight generation.
• Provide guidance to business leaders on harnessing insights to support business goals.
