The Director of Cybersecurity, Data, and Infrastructure is responsible for owning the security, resilience, and foundational technology capabilities of the organization. This role provides strategic direction and operational leadership across cybersecurity, infrastructure, and data, ensuring these functions operate reliably, securely, and in alignment with business priorities. This is a hands-on leadership role, not a daily execution role. The Director is expected to remain technically fluent, step in during critical events, and guide execution through a capable team. Day-to-day operational delivery is carried out by the teams and leads within each discipline. Why This Role? This role offers the opportunity to lead the foundation of the company’s technology environment—protecting the business, enabling data-driven decisions, and ensuring reliable operations—while working collaboratively across IT and the business. It is designed for a leader who thrives on accountability, partnership, and building sustainable capabilities through strong teams.
