Why We Need Your Talents: The Director of Culinary is responsible for leading the management and operational effectiveness of the Casino’s dining outlets and banquets from a culinary perspective. This position is tasked with the innovation and development of quality menu items and their presentation, increased sales, market share, menu costing and menu profitability; while at the same time maintaining the various brand standards. Additional responsibilities include long and short term operational planning, talent development, and budget planning and performance. Achieving these goals will require coordination with a cross-functional team that includes Front of House Operations, Purchasing, Surveillance, Facilities, Player Development, Catering, Human Resources, Training and Finance. This position will report to the Vice President of Food and Beverage.
