Responsibilities

  • Act as the bridge between BOH and FOH to ensure operational and service consistency across all locations.
  • Partner with consultants to implement seasonal menu innovations and conduct R&D for new dishes.
  • Maintain brand integrity through regular site visits, kitchen audits, and the standardization of premium ingredients.
  • Manage menu pricing and costing to achieve budgeted COGS while maintaining quality benchmarks.
