About The Position
The Director of Crop Operations at HUB is responsible for managing a service team that addresses the day-to-day service, new business, and renewal insurance needs of Crop clients. This role emphasizes delivering timely, accurate, and professional service while ensuring that teams meet strategic goals and maintain high service standards. The Director will oversee team training, workflow adherence, and the effective use of the Broker Management System, while also managing a small book of business as capacity allows.
