About The Position

The Director of Creative Media and Technology at Ten Mile Christian Church is responsible for overseeing worship production and technical direction, as well as managing communications and digital media for the church. This role requires proficiency in modern worship technology and involves recruiting and training volunteers, managing technical setups, and enhancing digital platforms, including live streaming and social media engagement. The director will collaborate with the Communications Team to develop effective messaging strategies and ensure high-quality execution of technical operations for all services and events.

Requirements

• Proficient in modern worship production technology.
• Experienced with large-format digital consoles (e.g., Allen & Heath Avantis).
• Strong grasp of signal flow, gain staging, and sound systems.
• Familiar with DAW-based mixing and Dante Audio Network.
• Proficient in ProPresenter for programming content.
• Skilled in Planning Center for scheduling and database management.
• Ability to identify, recruit, train, and lead volunteers.
• Experience in managing stage setups and maintaining digital instruments.
• Knowledge of theatrical, intelligent, LED, and video lighting.
• Capable of integrating technical equipment across various venues.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and maintaining technical equipment.
• Experienced in video development and storytelling.
