About The Position

  • Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Previous management experience in a multidisciplinary setting.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for decisions regarding student mental health issues.
  • Collaboratively develops and implements ongoing vision for counseling services.
  • Assists in formulating and facilitating policies and procedures of the Wellness Center.
  • Ensures compliance with patient privacy laws and ethical standards.
  • Develops, updates, and implements clinical policies and procedures for mental health services.
  • Supervises counseling staff at three campuses, including hiring and training.
  • Coordinates with other departments for early intervention with students.
  • Serves as a primary member of the Behavioral Concerns Team and Threat Assessment Team.
  • Responds to crises affecting the community through specialized programming.
  • Maintains active membership in the Association of Coordinators of Counseling Center Clinical Services.
