About The Position

Positions require a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and six (6) years of progressively responsible relevant experience, which has included at least three (3) years of managerial experience. A Master’s degree in a related field may be substituted for up to one (1) year of the required experience. Education and experience can be tailored to fit the specific organizational entity/directorial assignment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a college or university mental health setting.
• Experience or past participation with a clinical training program (i.e., doctoral internship, postdoctoral fellowship, advanced practicum training program) within a college or university counseling center.
• Strong fiscal management/budget skills.
• Experience with a Behavioral Intervention Team.
• Experience providing direct service and/or leadership in an Integrated Health Care Site.
• Experience with American Psychological Association and the International Association of Counseling Services, Inc. accreditation standards.
