Drive the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies. Hire, train, manage, and develop the sales force and supporting administrative staff. Benchmark pricing data and develop pricing policies, including volume discounts and terms and conditions. Maintain key customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding the company’s customer base. Manage overall sales process and set appropriate metrics for sales management. This is a position that works directly on or around motor vehicle equipment.
