About The Position
The Director of Core Facilities at UMass Amherst is responsible for providing strategic, administrative, fiscal, and sustainability oversight for all centralized Core Facilities under the Institute for Applied Life Sciences. This role involves leadership in planning, operational performance, and marketing of core services to support faculty, students, and external users. The Director will ensure the fiscal viability of core facilities and act as a liaison between various stakeholders, while also promoting the facilities and their capabilities.
