About The Position

A fast-growing ABA therapy organization serving hundreds of clients is seeking an experienced Director of Coordination to lead and oversee its Coordination department. This pivotal role ensures smooth day-to-day operations, effective scheduling, and strong communication between staff, families, and therapists. The Director will manage a team of supervisors and coordinators, driving efficiency, compliance, and high-quality client service in a high-volume environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in Coordination within ABA or healthcare services
  • Proven ability to oversee supervisors and large staff teams (25+ employees)
  • Strong understanding of ABA service delivery and client-family dynamics
  • Skilled in workflow optimization, compliance, and accountability structures
  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities
  • 3+ years of coordination leadership in ABA therapy, home care, or healthcare operations
  • Demonstrated success managing mid- to large-size teams
  • Strong process management and compliance oversight background
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred
