The Director of Convenience Store Procurement will drive category growth and profitability by developing and executing strategic procurement initiatives across all major convenience store product lines. This role focuses on strengthening supplier partnerships, negotiating competitive agreements, guiding category strategy, and ensuring optimal product assortment to deliver value to both the business and customers. The Director provides leadership and strategic oversight, ensuring alignment with market trends, consumer demand, and organizational goals. We value the impact and connection that comes from regular in-person collaboration. While the ideal candidate can work from our Waltham, MA or Becker, MN office with anticipated travel up to 30%, we are also accepting applications from remote candidates who are not located within a reasonable commuting distance.
