The Director of Contracts is responsible for management of a diverse portfolio of contracts and responsibility includes participation in front-end discussions of new business pursuits, opportunity assessment, competitive and sole source capture and proposal strategy, contract negotiation, contract management of IDIQ vehicles, subcontract management, and proposal development support. The Director of Contracts is the primary customer interface for contracting matters and is responsible for establishing trusted and purposeful relationships with internal and external business partners and customers while ensuring successful governance with company policies and guidelines. The Director of Contracts interfaces with Business Development, Finance, and Account teams for the review and negotiation of contracts to commercial and government clients. Responsible for monitoring and ensuring Easy Dynamics compliance with its contractual, statutory and regulatory obligations under various contracts (e.g. General Services Administration (GSA) Schedules, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity and Blanket Purchase Agreements, etc.). Manages cradle to grave contract administration. The Director of Contracts reports directly to the CEO. The Director of Contracts has signature authority to contractually commit Easy Dynamics.
