About The Position

As a Director of Contracts - Electromagnetic Defensive Solutions (EDS) here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in the company, directing the preparation, negotiation, acceptance, and management of assigned government/commercial/international contracts and subcontracts including significant and/or major contracts. This role involves directing all phases of the contract administration process from inception through completion including preparing, reviewing, and approving all contractual documents to ensure protection of the company's contractual posture, satisfaction of contract specifications and requirements, identification of risk factors, and adherence to company policy, as well as appropriate laws and regulations. Objectives are typically accomplished through subordinate management and/or professional staff. This role may be responsible for decisions that have serious impact on overall success of the corporation. You will report to Sr. Director, Finance and will work on a hybrid schedule out of our one of our preferred sites including Lansdale, PA, Lancaster, PA, Woburn, MA or Arlington, VA.
