About The Position
The Continuous Improvement Leader at Chobani will collaborate with site leadership across the manufacturing network to establish and enhance a sustainable Lean/Six Sigma management approach. This role is pivotal in fostering a continuous improvement culture that leverages Lean principles to optimize work processes, improve output, and achieve significant cost savings while enhancing customer service, quality, and safety. The leader will be responsible for defining, documenting, and implementing best practices in Lean/Six Sigma, as well as teaching and mentoring teams in these methodologies.
