The Director of Content will lead the content and copywriting functions that power our revenue engine across all channels. You will own the messaging strategy and voice that converts prospects into customers and customers into advocates, from the first ad impression through post-purchase and subscription loyalty. This role manages a team of copywriters developing content across direct response, performance marketing, and lifecycle channels. You will serve both our Brand and Direct Response functions, balancing brand-building initiatives with performance marketing needs. This is a high-impact leadership role with visibility across the entire organization.
