About The Position

As the Director of Consumer Sales, you will play a key role in shaping and executing our customer-focused strategy. You will lead efforts to drive sales growth and ensure every customer interaction reflects excellence, creating a seamless and engaging experience throughout their journey with our company.

Requirements

  • 10 plus years of proven experience in a senior level customer experience and sales leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory, vendor partnerships, product placement, and logistics to deliver timely, effective solutions to retail partners.
  • Lead a team handling customer inquiries, qualifying leads, preparing proposals, and achieving sales targets through consistent customer engagement.
  • Guide the team that consults with customers, develops system designs and proposals, and ensures accuracy by working closely with operations and technical teams.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive customer experience strategy aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Lead and inspire a team of CX and retail sales professionals, fostering a culture of customer-centricity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with customer experience and sales goals.
  • Analyze and map the customer journey, identifying pain points and opportunities for improvement.
  • Implement strategies to enhance customer touch-points throughout their journey.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, setting sales targets, and evaluating their performance.
  • Create sales forecasts and budgets, monitoring progress, and making necessary adjustments.
  • Collect, analyze, and act upon customer feedback, reviews, and surveys to drive continuous improvement.
  • Utilize data and analytics to identify trends and insights, making data-driven decisions to enhance sales CX.
  • Identify and streamline internal processes that impact the customer experience.
  • Implement best practices and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay up-to-date with CX technology trends and implement relevant tools to support customer interactions and data analysis.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and report on the success of department initiatives.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to align strategies and achieve overall business goals.
