The Director of Construction is responsible for overseeing all branch management, new branch training, and ensuring company standards are upheld across multiple locations. This role is integral in expanding the company’s footprint by opening new branch locations, hiring and training staff, and setting up branch operations. Additionally, the Director of Construction monitors field operations, ensuring that construction teams meet project deadlines, budgets, and quality expectations. Working closely with General managers, corporate staff, and subcontractors, this position standardizes operations, provides leadership to branch managers, and manages the regional operational efficiency. This role is critical in maintaining operational excellence across multiple locations while driving expansion efforts to support the company’s growth.
