The Director of Conference Services is a critical leadership role focused on delivering best-in-class meeting and event experiences within this luxury resort setting. The resort features world-class accommodations, award-winning culinary offerings, Tranquilo Golf Club, a full-service spa, and extensive indoor and outdoor event venues for high-level corporate, incentive, and social groups. This position involves the strategic oversight and execution of all conference and group events, ensuring they align with Four Seasons' legendary service philosophy and attention to detail, thereby supporting the resort’s overall Commercial strategy and growth goals. The Director leads the Conference Services team, collaborating closely with Sales, Catering, Banquets, Culinary, and Resort Operations to provide customized, seamless experiences from initial planning through on-site execution. As a key ambassador of the resort, the Director fosters strong client relationships, drives operational excellence, and upholds the brand’s commitment to personalized luxury within a dynamic, resort-driven environment.
