The Role: The Director of Concurrent Enrollment oversee the High School Partnerships (Running Start and College in the High School) at CWU. This position will report directly to the Dean of Undergraduate Studies. This position will be responsible for the successful delivery of the programs: strategic vision and direction, fiscal viability, policy development, establishing partnerships, grant development, contract negotiations, program development, accreditation & assessment, program marketing, and oversight of staff related to the programs. The Director will work with high schools and school districts across the state to recruit students, counsel students, develop partnerships with school personnel, and promote the programs for College in the High School and Running Start. This position works extensively with internal and external stakeholders in planning, coordinating and executing concurrent enrollment efforts to enhance, promote, grow, and sustain enrollment across the programs.
