About The Position

The Director of Concessions will lead a team who creates unforgettable experiences. As Director of Concessions, you will be responsible for managing the concessions department to achieve the best possible guest experience, partner satisfaction and financial results. The ideal candidate will be an experienced operations leader who is focused on people and quality standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in concessions or large-scale food and beverage operations
• ServSafe and Alcohol Service certifications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems
• Passion for food and hospitality

Responsibilities

• Direct all aspects of concessions operations across multiple outlets
• Develop and manage budgets, staffing plans, and inventory strategies
• Lead hiring, training, and performance management for concessions staff
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to optimize offerings and efficiency
• Implement sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth
• Analyze data to improve operational performance and guest satisfaction
