Levy is the new food, beverage, and hospitality team at Michigan State University Athletic Venues. As Director of Concessions, you will champion operational excellence across all concession areas, driving guest satisfaction, team performance, and profitability. You will serve as a key leader responsible for delivering a smooth, efficient, and engaging concessions experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or related field is preferred
• 7+ years of experience in foodservice or venue-based operations
• Strong financial acumen and experience with labor and cost controls
• ServSafe or equivalent certification preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS/inventory systems
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule - including days, evenings, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Oversee all concession operations during events and non-event days
• Lead hiring, onboarding, and development of concessions management staff
• Implement strategies for upselling and revenue growth
• Ensure compliance with local health and safety standards
• Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
• Partner with culinary and premium departments to align operations
• Analyze performance metrics and produce regular operational reports
