The Director of Compliance and Risk Management is responsible for leading the organization’s corporate compliance, enterprise risk management, and governance support functions. This role ensures adherence to all applicable federal, state, and local regulatory requirements while promoting organizational accountability, operational consistency, and proactive risk awareness. The Director serves as a key strategic partner to executive leadership by identifying, assessing, and mitigating organizational risks and ensuring alignment between regulatory expectations, operational practices, and agency priorities. This position provides oversight of the Corporate Compliance Department, supports agency investigations and audits, and prepares compliance and risk‑related reports for executive leadership and Board committees.
