About The Position
The Director of Competition Experience for Varsity Spirit is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the event operations within the Southeast Region. This position reports to the VP of Competition Experience and is crucial in ensuring that the region meets its goals in overall participation and customer satisfaction. The role requires a deep understanding of the industry, market trends, and a commitment to safety and quality in all events. The Director will lead a team of Sales and Experience Advisors, manage event logistics, and serve as the primary ambassador for All Star customers in the region.
