About The Position

The position manages Total Rewards and HR Systems for the organization to attract and retain talent, ensuring compliance through various duties performed personally or through subordinate leaders. The role is directly responsible for overseeing a total rewards budget exceeding $200 million, which includes benefits, compensation, wellness, and HR systems. The individual acts as a liaison between Human Resources and other key business functions such as Store Operations, Marketing, Merchandising, Legal, and Real Estate. Additionally, the role involves strategic direction and execution related to Total Rewards, Corporate Staffing, and HR Systems and Analytics. The individual oversees the Human Resources Service Center, ensuring service excellence to all internal customers, manages contract negotiations and vendor relationships, and ensures data integrity and compliance for the organization and its 35,000 associates. The position also includes responsibilities for compliance with Total Rewards regulations, managing the associate-facing portal, and overseeing relocation strategies and policies.
