Under general supervision, directs the provision of community-based services including Supported Employment, Day Services, Shared Living, and the Volunteer Program. Provides ongoing management, training, evaluation, and consultation to staff and volunteers to ensure services promote independence, community inclusion, and achievement of personal outcomes for people supported in accordance with the mission of Sesdac, Inc. (Sesdac). Serves as a member of senior leadership and collaborates closely with program directors to ensure coordination and continuity of supports across residential and community programs.
