Requirements
- Experience in sales and outreach, a MUST!

- Knowledge of Alzheimer’s Disease, related dementias, and behavior management techniques, and a sincere desire to work with cognitively impaired residents.

Responsibilities
- The Director of Community Relations who will be responsible for all sales and outreach activities and results necessary to achieve and exceed the community’s sales and move-in goals, continuously maximizing occupancy.
- The Director of Community Relations develops meaningful relationships with residents, families, and community partners, plans and conducts presentations showcasing our services and innovative programs, ensures a smooth transition for new residents throughout the entire sales/move-in process.
