Valle Verde is seeking an exceptional Community Life Director to lead and inspire our residents in achieving their Best Life. This pivotal role goes beyond traditional activities coordination-it's about shaping a culture of growth, well-being, and empowerment for older adults of all abilities. The Director of Community Life oversees the development and implementation of programming that engages residents to create experiences that inspire their best lives, and promotes/engages team members and residents in our "Best Life" philosophy.
