About The Position
The Director of Community Life (CL) Boston leads the CL strategic priorities at TCB's Boston properties, supervising CL Service Coordinators and Managers and overseeing all aspects of Community Life operational excellence. The Director of CL Boston collaborates with other TCB departments including Property Management, Fund Development, and Real Estate Development teams and provides written and verbal content expertise in areas such as community engagement, trauma-informed practices, and leadership development.
