About The Position
Spartanburg Regional is seeking a visionary Director of Community Health Development to lead transformative initiatives that directly improve the health and well-being of our region. This role leads and inspires a dynamic team of coalition builders and project managers to implement impactful, data-driven programs that address the root causes of poor health and promote equitable access to resources. Reporting to the System Director of Community Health Policy and Strategy, the Director drives cross-sector partnerships, manages grant-funded and internal initiatives, and ensures rigorous tracking and evaluation of all community health strategies. This is a pivotal leadership role designed for someone passionate about making a measurable difference across diverse populations.
