About The Position

This role represents the organization as a community ambassador, fostering relationships, enhancing brand awareness with community partners and referral sources. It is accountable for the performance of assigned practices, participation in strategic planning, and implementation of initiatives aligned with organizational goals. The position also identifies underserved populations, develops initiatives to improve access, collaborates with teams to address service gaps, and monitors outreach efforts for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Master's Degree in Business or related field preferred.
  • Prefer one (1) year of Community Engagement experience.
  • Valid driver's license and active liability insurance.
  • Satisfactory results from criminal and driving record background checks.

Responsibilities

  • Represent the organization as a community ambassador by attending events, building trust, and fostering connections with diverse audiences.
  • Identify underserved populations and develop targeted initiatives to improve access and engagement with services.
  • Act as the face of the organization in the community, promoting its mission, values, and services to stakeholders and the public.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to address gaps in services and create programs that meet the needs of marginalized populations.
  • Monitor and assess the impact of outreach efforts and initiatives, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Other duties as assigned.
